KMX Technologies, a leader in advanced water and mineral processing solutions, today announced a new initiative to support Project Vault, the U.S. government–backed strategic reserve for critical minerals and strategically important raw materials.

Through this initiative, KMX will provide preferential terms and enhanced access to its proprietary Vacuum Membrane Distillation (VMD) technology for companies participating in Project Vault.

Project Vault, created as a public‑private partnership under the Trump Administration, is designed to bolster U.S. supply-chain resilience, stabilize domestic mineral markets, and strengthen the long‑term viability of the nation’s critical mineral sector.

Zachary Sadow, Chairman and CEO of KMX Technologies, said, “As a technology provider deeply tied to the growth and sustainability of the domestic critical minerals industry, KMX is committed to serving as a force multiplier for Project Vault”.

Enhanced Access and Support for Project Vault Participants

KMX’s commitment includes preferential terms across three areas: commercial deployments, pilot programs, and through the KMX VMD Calculator (AI Platform).

For validated Project Vault projects, KMX will provide reduced project costs to support accelerated deployment of domestic mineral processing infrastructure.
